We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. UPTOWN RETRO does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated. 

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!  For an additional fee dependent on distance/bulkiness we can deliver locally.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. 

Deliveries & In-Store Pickup

Delivery cost is estimated at checkout and assumes items that would fit in a large truck bed.  Excessively large items requiring multiple persons to move or large enough it needed to be trailered would incur additional fee considerations.  We will contact you to discuss if the case arises.

Pickup is available anytime during business hours.
